Trash or Pass? PASS

Who is it for? For entrepreneurs, internet marketers, any business owner willing to have a bigger reach and impact

Would I attend it again? Yes, In fact I did attend it twice

Would I recommend It To Friends And Family? Yes but only if you are committed to implement it in your business right away

What is it?

Gamechanger Intensive is Peng Joon’s flagship event on internet marketing and sales funnels. I first attended it live in 2018 and more recently in Nov 2021 virtually.

Peng Joon is a master at speaking on stage or any platform to drive a direct action such as a table rush where people run to the back of the room to pay for whatever he is selling.

It is honestly one of the best events I’ve attended. Peng Joon is very practically and systematic in his approach. This is helpful for any business owner or marketer to understand how to run campaigns, sales processes by spending $1 in advertising and getting $2 out on the other side of the sales funnel. If you can do that, you can scale a sales process without worrying about marketing budget.

2 key metrics are important to know;

  1. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): How much does it cost you on average to acquire a customer?
  2. Average Cart Value (ACV): On average, how much is a customer going through your sales process (or sales funnel) worth to you?

The goal of the game is to make sure your CAC < ACV even if in the front end, it may look like you are spending more to acquire a customer than what you are selling. The money is in the back end and follow up.

If a campaign is not successful, it is always because of one of 3 things that needs to be tweaked:

  1. Offer
  2. Funnel
  3. Traffic

There are many types of sales funnels, opt in funnels, webinar funnels, challenge funnel, high ticket/application funnel. The key is to commit to one and make it work.

I’m currently working on my opt in funnel for Madanilla, giving a free ebook on how to make vanilla extract in exchange of people’s emails after which I would sell my vanilla One Time Offer (OTO). So far, the result haven’t been positive. I’m guessing that my targeting is wrong and my lead magnet (ebook on how to make homemade vanilla extract) is not compelling enough for people to want to give me their email.

Next, I will build a high ticket application funnel for my real estate business.
